Every other player counts the times you pressed play. XONEMI measures the seconds of audio that actually reached you — skipped, replayed, paused and all — and keeps a record you can check.
No account. No cloud. No analytics. It works in aeroplane mode.

Coverage, not play count
The app records which seconds of a file were genuinely played. Skip ten minutes and those ten minutes stay unheard, however long the screen was on.

A pass has to be earned
A track counts as finished when real coverage crosses the threshold you set — 90% by default. Leaving it playing to an empty room does not get you there.

The record survives
Sessions are checkpointed as they happen, so a crash, a phone call or a flat battery does not erase what you had already heard.
Built for long material
Audiobooks, lectures, courses, recordings of your own. Files measured in gigabytes, not megabytes.
Rewind that means something
Seek by 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds. Re-hearing a passage adds to its coverage; it does not double-count it.
Bookmarks and voice memos
Mark a moment, or hold the mic and say what you were thinking. Both sit on the timeline exactly where they happened.
A growth log you can read
Daily blocks show where the effort actually went. Open a file to see every listening session it collected, and open a session to see the detail.
Driving Mode
Three targets big enough to hit without looking. The same interval you set everywhere else, flashed on screen each time you press.
Backup that survives the library
One archive holds the database and every file, with a checksum for each. It streams to disk, so a library of several gigabytes packs without ever being held in memory.

It has nothing to send
There is no account to create and no server to sign in to. Your files, your listening record and your notes stay on the phone. The app asks for the network only when you point it at something online yourself.
What it does not do
The list matters as much as the features.
- It does not sync between devices. A backup file is how a library moves.
- It does not prove a human was listening — only that the audio played and was not skipped.
- It is Android only. There is no iOS build and no web player.
- It does not transcribe, summarise or generate anything. It plays and it measures.
